Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cosmisk is a software-as-a-service product delivered electronically. Access is sold on a recurring subscription basis, billed either monthly or annually. This policy sets out how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time in the Cosmisk extension: click the Cosmisk button in Chrome’s toolbar, then Your plan → Cancel subscription. You can also write to support@cosmisk.com. A lifetime plan has nothing to cancel.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the Services until that period ends.
- Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again. A cancellation can’t be undone; to continue after the period ends, choose a plan again.
- No cancellation fee is charged at any time.
Refunds

| Monthly | Charges for the current month are non-refundable. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Because the maximum amount at risk is a single month, and access continues for the full period paid for, no partial or pro-rata refund is issued. |
| Annual | A full refund is available if requested within seven (7) calendar days of the first annual charge. After seven days the annual subscription is non-refundable for the remainder of the term, and cancelling stops the next renewal. |
| Renewals | Renewal charges on either plan are non-refundable. We send a renewal reminder by email in advance of every renewal so that you can cancel first if you wish. |
Billing errors are always refunded in full. If you are charged in error, charged twice for the same period, or charged after a valid cancellation, we will refund the full amount without reference to the windows above. Write to support@cosmisk.com and we will confirm within two (2) business days.
Who collects your payment
Payments for Cosmisk are collected on Cosmisk’s behalf by Smashed Agency, a partnership firm (GSTIN 24AFIFS5637J1ZM, Udyam UDYAM-GJ-01-0449085; 5th Floor, 517, Sun Gravitas, Shyamal Cross Road, Nr Rajmani Society, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015, India), through Razorpay. You will see Smashed Agency on the payment page and on your receipt. Refunds are made by Smashed Agency to the original payment method, on the terms of this policy.
How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method only.
- We initiate the refund within five (5) business days of approving the request.
- Your bank or card issuer may take a further five to ten (5–10) business days to post the credit to your account.
- If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since we confirmed approval of your refund and you have not received it, contact us at support@cosmisk.com or +91 96625 98320.
Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, no payment is taken during the trial period and the trial is the intended means of evaluating whether the Services suit your requirements. You may cancel at any point during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the terms above apply.
Cosmisk Ads Library Intelligence (Chrome extension)
7-day trial. New installs of the Chrome extension include a 7-day trial. No payment details are collected and nothing is charged. When the trial ends, the extension stops working until a plan is bought.
Monthly and yearly plans. The cancellation and refund terms above for monthly and annual subscriptions apply. To cancel, use the cancellation link in the subscription email Razorpay sends you, or write to support@cosmisk.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Founding lifetime plan. A one-time payment of ₹9,999 gives the purchaser access to Cosmisk Ads Library Intelligence for as long as we offer the product, including new features we add to it. A full refund is available if requested within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. After that the payment is non-refundable. If we discontinue the product within two (2) years of your purchase, we will refund a pro-rata share of the payment.
Suspension or termination by us
If we suspend or terminate your account for breach of the Terms & Conditions, no refund is payable. If we discontinue the Services entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription on a pro-rata basis.
